Every car's description, specification, mileage and price on this site is given in good faith and checked against our own records at the time it is published. Details can change - a car can be sold, or its price adjusted - so treat anything here as a starting point, not a final offer, and confirm current details with us before you travel to view.

The finance calculator on this site is an illustration, not a quote. It does not constitute financial advice, an offer of finance, or a guarantee of any rate, term or approval. The figures are rounded, and what you would actually be offered depends on your circumstances and the lender's own assessment.

A part exchange valuation requested through this site is not a final figure. We value a car in person, once we can see it, before agreeing anything.

Booking a viewing through this site reserves a car and a time for you to see it; it is not a sale. A booking is confirmed once we get back to you - if you do not hear from us, call and we will sort it out directly.

This site is for browsing our current cars, working out an illustrative finance figure, and getting in touch with us. Please do not use it in any way that could damage it, disrupt it for other visitors, or attempt to access any part of it you are not meant to.

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
