This policy explains how Nova Cars handles information when you use this website - browsing the collection, using the finance illustration, sending an enquiry, or booking a viewing.

When you send an enquiry, request a part exchange valuation, or book a viewing, we collect what you type into that form: your name, and whatever contact details and message you give us (typically an email address, sometimes a phone number, and any notes about a car or a vehicle you want valued).

The finance illustration and the collection filters run entirely in your browser. The numbers you move on a slider, or the filters you pick, are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell any information to a third party. The only thing this site stores in your browser without you submitting a form is a single session flag that skips the loading animation on your next page during the same visit - it holds no personal information and is not used to track you.

Only to do the thing you asked: answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing, or get back to you about a part exchange. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to keep in touch.

We do not share what you send us with anyone outside Nova Cars, other than a service provider strictly needed to deliver the message to us (for example, an email or notification service), and only for that purpose.

Only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you buy a car from us, records connected to that sale are kept for as long as we are required to for accounting and warranty purposes.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@novacars.co.uk and we will deal with it directly.
